Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 2026  ·  Furnace Repair SLC  ·  Salt Lake City, UT

1. Acceptance of Terms

By contacting, scheduling, or using the services of Furnace Repair SLC, you agree to the terms and conditions set out on this page. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services

Furnace Repair SLC provides residential and light-commercial furnace repair, maintenance, and inspection services across the greater Salt Lake City area. All services are subject to technician availability and are performed by licensed and certified professionals.

We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion, including in situations where access to equipment is unsafe or where a job falls outside our scope of work.

3. Pricing and Payment

All repairs are quoted at a flat rate before work begins. The quoted price is the final price — no additional charges are added after customer approval. Payment is due upon completion of the service visit.

We accept cash, credit card, and debit card. Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings but will always be confirmed before work starts.

4. Warranty

All completed repairs are covered by a written one-year parts-and-labor warranty from the date of service. This warranty covers defects in the repaired components and labor associated with the original repair.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications after service
  • Pre-existing conditions unrelated to the completed repair
  • Normal wear and tear on other components of the system
  • Damage resulting from power surges, flooding, fire, or acts of nature

5. Appointments and Cancellations

We ask that you provide at least two hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a same-day appointment. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee for future bookings.

We do our best to arrive within the scheduled window. Delays caused by traffic, prior job overruns, or weather will be communicated as early as possible.

6. Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the equipment requiring service. Our technicians have the right to stop work and leave the premises if conditions are deemed unsafe. In such cases, a diagnostic fee may still apply.

Carbon monoxide and gas-related findings will be reported to you immediately. We may advise you to contact your gas provider or local emergency services where a safety risk is identified.

7. Limitation of Liability

Furnace Repair SLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service visit is limited to the amount paid for that service.

We carry full liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available on request.

8. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to schedule and complete your service — your name, address, phone number, and a description of the issue. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your information is used solely for service delivery and follow-up.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a service provided by Furnace Repair SLC will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
